GOALS

1.     The Center Grove School Board of School Trustees will provide an appropriate academic program that is transferable to life for all students.  The Board will work to support and enhance excellence in academic programs and the academic environment to encourage high achievement for all Center Grove students.

2.     The Center Grove Board of School Trustees will encourage, support, and invest in technology projects designed to transform teaching and learning in all educational disciplines for the purpose of student engagement and life achievements as well as improve the entire operations of the district.

3.     The Center Grove School Board of School Trustees will perform its work in an open manner and provide appropriate opportunities for community collaboration, resolutions of questions, and input on Board issues.

4.     The Center Grove School Board of School Trustees will maintain fiduciary responsibility in all matters regarding the corporation.  The Board will maintain a 4 percent cash balance.

5.     The Center Grove School Board of School Trustees will provide stability and consistency in Corporation leadership with the Superintendent’s position and will support long-term educational district leadership positions.
