CGHS students named State Champions in Samsung Contest
The Center Grove High School team of Rahul Appaji, Christian Durbin, Katie DeGeyter, Ananya Kartik, Tatum Hacker, Parthiv Patel, Sydney Plowman, and Vaibhava Potturu was named Indiana State Champions and the 2021 Indiana Semi-Finalists in the 11th annual Samsung Solve for Tomorrow contest.

Center Grove has moved to the ParentSquare platform for staff and school to home communication.

Owens awarded IN-MaC micro-grant
Congratulations to CGHS Engineering & Technology teacher Kyle Owens who was awarded a $2,000 IN-MaC micro-grant. The grant will fund a new 3D printer for students to use in their Engineering and Engineering, Design, and Development courses.

Knapp named next CGHS Athletic Director
Scott Knapp will succeed Jon Zwitt as Center Grove High School (CGHS) Athletic Director on July 1st. Zwitt announced in September his plans to retire at the end of the school year.

Tumey honored with Sagamore of the Wabash
Indiana State Representative John Young (R-47) presented Tumey with a Sagamore of the Wabash award on behalf of Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb. The award is the highest honor bestowed by the Governor and is presented to Hoosiers who have rendered distinguished service to the State.
