    Free Textbook Rental
    More information on free or reduced textbook rental fees is available here

    Online Payments
    Textbook fees for elementary students be posted in Skyward Family Access in July and secondary students in September. Once posted, you may make those payments online via eFunds ($1 fee per transaction - up to $1000). Click here for instructions on using eFunds.

    Textbook Payment Arrangement
    If you are unable to pay your textbook rental in full, you may make arrangements with your child's school before early September.

    MEAL PRICES 
    Center Grove's Food and Nutrition Services Department provides breakfast and lunch options for all students in grades K-12. Menus and nutritional information are available through Nutrislice, which is available online and via iTunes and Google apps.

    Secondary: $1.70, Reduced $0.30

    Lunch Prices* (Applies to all schools)
    Elementary: $2.50, Reduced $0.40
    Secondary: $2.70, Reduced $0.40
    Staff/Adult Visitor Lunch $4.80
    Milk: $0.60
    Elementary Extra Entrée: $2.00

    Meal prices are established to cover food and non-food expenses, staff benefits and labor expenses, and equipment repair and replacement. The food service department is self-supporting and does not receive money from the general fund.

    Meal Modifications: If your child requires meal modifications due to a food allergy, intolerance, or other medical condition, please contact our Assistant Director of Food Service, Valarie Miller at millerv@centergrove.k12.in.us.

    *Meal prices are pending approval by the CGCSC Board of School Trustees at their July 28 meeting.

    Remember to update your contact information in Skyward Family Access to ensure your child’s school has the correct contact information for your family.

    Parent Tutorials Available
    One-minute tutorials are available on our website at centergrove.k12.in.us/skywardhelp to show you how to use Skyward Family Access to access your child's information, including grades, food service balances, schedule, notification settings, and more.

    Help with Credentials
    If you do not remember your Family Access credentials, please use the “Forgot Your Password?” link. If you need additional assistance, please contact your school directly. The front office staff will be able to help you.


    BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL CARE
    Before- and after-school programs are available through Honey Grove Educational Center for Grades K-8. Call 317-887-5500 with questions or visit honeygroveeducation.com to register online.
     

    TRANSPORTATION
    If you need to request changes to your student's bus transportation or opt-out for bus transportation for this school year, please fill out the appropriate form on our Bus Information page.
     
    CGES, MGES, NGES, PGES, SGES, and WGES will use PickUp Patrol for the 2022-23 school year. The web-based platform allows parents to inform their child's school when plans change for pickup.
