FEES
Textbook Fees
The state legislature has determined that schools can no longer charge fees for educational materials. As a result, Center Grove families will not be charged textbook fees for the 2023-24 school year. Fees may be charged for courses that earn college credit. Parents and students will still be responsible for any lost or damaged educational material.MEAL PRICESCenter Grove's Food and Nutrition Services Department provides breakfast and lunch options for all students in grades K-12. Menus and nutritional information are available through Nutrislice, which is available online and via iTunes and Google apps.Breakfast Prices (Applies to all schools)

Elementary Extra Entrée: $2.00Meal prices are established to cover food and non-food expenses, staff benefits and labor expenses, and equipment repair and replacement. The food service department is self-supporting and does not receive money from the general fund.

Meal Modifications: If your child requires meal modifications due to a food allergy, intolerance, or other medical condition, please contact our Director of Food Service, Valarie Miller at millerv@centergrove.k12.in.us.
eFUNDS
Parents may use Skyward Family Access to make prepayments to their child's lunch account using e-Funds.You will still start the process in Skyward Family Access.- Credit card payments will have a $2.85 convenience fee per $100 transaction
- Electronic check (ACH transactions) will have a $1.25 convenience fee with a daily limit of $1,000 per bank account, per day

SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS INFORMATION
Remember to update your email and cellphone numbers in Skyward Family Access to ensure your child’s school has the correct contact information for your family. Contact information updated in Skyward will automatically update in ParentSquare.Parent Tutorials Available

If you do not remember your Family Access credentials, please use the “Forgot Your Password?” link. If you need additional assistance, please contact your school directly. The front office staff will be able to help you.
BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL CAREBefore- and after-school programs are available through Honey Grove Educational Center for Grades K-8. Call 317-887-5500 with questions or visit honeygroveeducation.com to register online.
TRANSPORTATION
Center Grove Schools provide transportation for every student who lives within the district boundaries and attends his/her assigned school. Bus pick-up and drop-off times and bus stops will be posted in Skyward after July 25.Instructions to access bus info:
- Log in to Skyward.
- If you have more than one student, choose a name from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
- Go to the left side of the screen and choose the "Student Info" tab.
- On the Student Info page you will see your child's photo. Click on "View Bus Schedule" to the right of the photo.
Tracking Your Student's Bus
Center Grove utilizes an app called "Here Comes the Bus" to give parents a way to track their child's school bus. You can find instructions on how to download the app and access your child's information on our website at this link.If you need to request changes to your student's bus transportation or opt-out for bus transportation for this school year, please fill out the appropriate form on our Bus Information page.
