Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2021-22 school year! Parents are encouraged to register their child for kindergarten if he/she will be 5 by August 1, 2021.Note: If you want to enroll a Kindergarten student who lives out-of-district, please complete a 2021-22 New Student Enrollment application as soon as possible. That application will be placed on hold until after the student's Inter-District transfer application can be reviewed.Center Grove offers a full-day Kindergarten Program which meets daily. There is no tuition cost for the full-day program. Parents will pay textbook and supply fees. Quick links to websites for each elementary school are available at the bottom of this page.

Age Requirement
In order to enroll in Center Grove schools, students must be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2021.Early Entrance Waivers*
Center Grove does not have a waiver option for incoming Kindergarten students whose birthday is after August 1. Click here to view information about Center Grove's policy and practice for Kindergarten enrollment and early entrance waivers for incoming 1st grade students.

Required Enrollment Documents
(Please upload via the new student online application portal):- Your child's birth certificate
- Your child’s immunization records
- Proof of residency (example: lease, utility bill)
School Assignments
Find out which elementary school your neighboorhood attends by using the locator tool locted on our Boundaries and Transfer Information page. If you wish to request to transfer your child from his/her assigned school, you will need to fill out a Transfer Request Application.
