• ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT TUTORING (TRAINING) ADT 

     

    STARTING TUESDAY, AUGUST 24TH AND THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26TH FOR AN 8 WEEK SESSION.  STUDENTS CAN ATTEND ONE OR BOTH DAYS. DROP OFF ATHLETE AT DOOR 4 AT 8AM AND I WILL SEND THEM ON TO SCHOOL AT 8:45.     Coach Doyle tutors/trains many students to become better athletes. Students learn their bodies and make major improvements in their athletic ability ranging from speed and agility improvements to overall body strength improvements as well.  He trains students at Maple Grove Elementary School.  Students will learn the proper way to run throughout a specific warmup that will be reviewed at every training session.  An athletes running form is very important while running in any sport or exercise.  Athletes will perform many different exercises to emphasize proper form when running and jumping...I teach the students hip to lip in regards to hand placement location (opposition) and knees as high as waist level for more of a powerful leg drive.  I've been tutoring(training) kids for 6 years now and they all love it and become much better athletes.  Here are some of the athletic development tutoring (training) exercises/drills that the students (athletes) perfrom:
