How is the district COVID dashboard updated?
The COVID-19 Dashboard is updated when positive cases are reported and verified by our Health Services staff.
COVID-19 Cases include the number of positive test results (staff and students) reported on that date. Each case only counts one time, not every date of absence. These numbers are also updated daily (Monday - Friday).
Active COVID-19 Cases include the number of students who are currently isolating due to a positive COVID-19 test.
COVID-19-Related Absences include all students and staff members who are on quarantine or isolation because they have tested positive or been identified as a close contact of a positive case. These numbers are updated once a week.

What is the purpose of the positive reporting form on the district’s COVID site?
The COVID-19 reporting form is available as an option for parents to report a positive COVID-19 test result for their student. They may also call their school nurse to report a positive test.
-
Is there a threshold % for quarantined students that would trigger hybrid?
No threshold has been set at this time. The state advises schools to close when the absence rate is above 20%. Over 1/2 of our students are not eligible for the vaccine. Therefore, significant spread in our school could lead us to move to virtual.
