Responsible for the management of the district's finances which includes the direction of the business department staff in the operations of the school district budget, accounting, payroll, and purchasing.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains school district budget
• Prepares and presents the corporation budget
• Monitors all corporation income, debt, donations and investments
• Responsible for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Communicates corporation finances to school board and public
• Assists with building project finances
• Oversees corporation insurance policies
• Manages corporation land and building rentals

Corporation Treasurer
Cathy Statzer

Supervises the daily operation of the business office, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable for the corporation.  

Responsibilities:

• Form 9 and other DOE reporting
• Responsible for maintaining State Board of Accounts compliance
• Account appropriations monitoring
• Corporation banking
• Budget and account setup
• Grants & specific programs
• Monitoring of ECA accounts, building projects, and payroll

Accounts Payable

Responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of invoices, data entry into the system, and matching and distribution of A/P checks.

• Responsible for corporation's 1099s

• Corporation shredding
• Corporation Monthly Accounts Payable data entry
• Verification and payment process of corporation credit cards
• Amazon order tracking and payment processing
• Vendor verifications and setup
• Business office credit card use tracking
• Purchase Order printing and distribution
• Distribution of mail for the upper level of ESC building
• Coke product stocking and tracking

Payroll

Responsible for timely payment and tracking of employee payroll for all Center Grove employees.
