Summary of the Tentative Agreement
for the
2024-2025 Master Contract
Between the
Board of School Trustees
of the
Center Grove Community School Corporation
and the
United Teachers Association of Center Grove, Affiliate of the Indiana State Teachers Association
and
The National Education Association

 

  • This Tentative Agreement shall be for the 2024-25 school year.
  • For 2024-25: One-time retention stipend in the amount of 1% to be paid to all teachers currently employed. Stipend amount shall be based on the teacher's current 2024-25 base salary and shall be paid before December 31, 2024.
  • Changes to health insurance:
    • Teacher share of the premiums would not increase
    • Corporation share of the premiums would increase by an average of 4.87%
    • Single person deductibles embedded into family deductibles increase to $3,300 (from $3,200) to comply with IRS regulations
    • Total premium revenue would increase by 4.52%
    • In 2025, the additional corporation cost for health insurance for all employees would be $447,568
