NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CENTER GROVE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION
PURCHASE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT – APPLE EQUIPMENT
Pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 5-22-9 and IC 5-3-1, the Board of School Trustees of the Center Grove Community School Corporation hereby publishes notice of their intent to request proposals for the purchase of surplus equipment (Apple Equipment). Proposals will be in accordance with IC 5-22-9-1 and the Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines.
The request for proposals for the purchase of surplus equipment (Apple Equipment) for Center Grove Community School Corporation will be conducted under the following terms and conditions:
1. Sealed Proposals will be accepted through and until 2:00 p.m. on November 7th, 2025 at the Education Services Center located at 4800 W Stones Crossing Rd, Greenwood, Indiana, 46143. Any Proposal received after the deadline will not be evaluated.
2. Electronic Proposals will be accepted through and until 2:00 p.m. on Nov 7th, 2025 and must be sent to the email:peredaj@centergrove.k12.in.us . Any Proposal received after the deadline will not be evaluated.
3. The Proposal need not be accompanied by a certified check or other evidence of financial responsibility.
4. The Proposals will be evaluated based upon the information submitted in response to the Request for Proposal.
5. Discussions may be conducted with some or all of the respondents for the purpose of clarification to assure full understanding of, and responsiveness to, the requirements of this Request for Proposals.
6. Center Grove Community School Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the Proposals offered.
7. The solicitation for proposals will comply with all other legal statutory requirements.
The Request for Proposal is available on the Center Grove Webpage (www.centergrove.k12.in.us/ipad-rfp) under the Technology section, or is available at the Center Grove IT Center located at 2789 Trojan Lane, Greenwood, Indiana, 46143. 2. Condition of items
Most equipment is in good working order. Absent of any major damage. Minor cosmetic damage may be visible on some devices. Few damaged devices of newer ipad models included for parts.
The iPads do NOT contain a school logo engraving.
The 21.5” core i3 iMacs have been opened and hard drive replaced with 480GB SSD
3. Conditions of Sale
Center Grove is not willing to divide this purchase. All proposals must be willing to purchase all items referenced in Section #1.
All items will be centralized in one (1) pickup location.
There is a loading dock available at this location.
The devices will be available for collection on Monday, December 1st, 2025.
The devices must be collected in no more than two (2) working days (8-hour day maximum).
The devices must be collected with minimal assistance from and under the supervision of the Center Grove technology staff.
All devices must be collected on or before Friday, December 12th, 2025.
Payment must be made, in full, to Center Grove Community School Corporation within 14 days of the collection date of the equipment. This SHALL be no later than January 2, 2026.
4. Data Privacy Certification
A certification of data destruction must be presented to Center Grove for all devices
Data destructions must be in compliance with the industry’s highest standards set forth by the National Institute of Standards and Technology program 800-88, eStewards, R2, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
5. Proposal Format
The format of the proposal should list the unit price (to be paid to Center Grove) for each item listed in section 1.
6. Proposal Envelope
The Proposal must be in a sealed envelope or box with the following information clearly visible:

7. Review of Proposals
Proposals will be reviewed for completeness of the information submitted by each contractor. After review, the School Corporation may choose to interview one or more firms. Contractors considered for the interview will be scheduled by Center Grove Community School Corporation after submission of proposals and prior to contract award.
8. Rejection of Bids
Center Grove Community School Corporation retains the right to reject any and all responses, either in part or in their entirety, or to waive any irregularities.
