    CONGRATULATIONS FROM THE WEEKEND TO:

    Our Football Team, who defeated Lawrence North at Home on Senior Night, 35-21, in the cold, wind and rain!  Thanks to everyone who braved the elements to see the action!  Our Trojans are now 4-4 overall and they finished 4-3 in the MIC.  Good luck this week vs. Cathedral @ Arsenal Tech HS this Friday!

    Our Boys & Girls Cross Country Teams, who both won Sectional Championships on Saturday at Franklin!  Good luck this week at the Regional Meet on Saturday – back at Franklin HS.

    Our Girls Soccer Team, who won the Sectional Championship @ Home on Saturday night by defeating Columbus East, 1-0.  Good luck to our Lady Trojans as they advance to the Regional Tournament at Bloomington South on Saturday!  The schedule is below.

    Our Boys Tennis Team, who won the Regional Championship on Wednesday, defeating Perry Meridian, 4-1, but lost in the Semi-State Championship on Saturday at Home to Zionsville, 3-2.  Good season! 

    Our Volleyball Team, who won the MIC Championship with an undefeated record of 7-0 and finished the regular season with a record of 24-6.  Good luck to the team this week in the Sectional Tournament at Franklin.  The schedule is below.

    To those that want to make plans for the Sectional Football Tournament, the draw is attached.  All 6A teams will have a Bye on the first weekend of the tournament, Friday, October 25th.  CG will play at Columbus East on Friday, November 1st at 7:00 pm.  If CG wins that game, the Trojans will definitely play at Home on Friday, November 8th vs. the winner of Columbus North and Franklin Central.

  • FORMS & POLICIES
     

    A completed IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) form, dated after April 1st, 2019, must be on file with the Center Grove Athletic Department prior to participation in any IHSAA sport for the 2019 - 2020 school year.  

     

    FOR A PHYSICAL TO BE COMPLETE IN THE CG ATHLETIC OFFICE, ALL ITEMS BELOW MUST BE COMPLETED: 

     

    • The IHSAA PPE form must be signed by a physician (MD or DO). No pre-signed or pre-stamped forms will be accepted.
    • The physician license number must be affixed on page 2.
    • The parent signatures must be affixed to the form on pages 1 and 4.
    • The student-athlete signature must be affixed to pages 1 and 4. 
    • The Center Grove Athletic Information and Signature Card AND Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Acknowlegement and Signature Form for Parents and Students MUST accompany the IHSAA PPE form in order for the documentation to be complete in the Athletic Office.  Forms are the first 3 listed below.
    • Incoming Freshmen ONLY have to file an RDT Consent form with the Athletic Department/High School. (Listed as 4th document below)
