Steps to Enroll
Children who are 5 years old by August 1, 2026, can enroll in Kindergarten. Center Grove does not have a waiver option for incoming Kindergarten students whose birthdays fall after August 1.

- Have the following documents ready to upload:
✔ Your Child’s birth certificate
✔ Your child’s current immunization records
✔ Proof of residency (example: lease, utility bill) - You will receive a confirmation email when your form is received and an invitation to attend a Kindergarten assessment in late spring to complete your child’s enrollment.
Center Grove also welcomes students from outside of the district to enroll in Kindergarten. Please follow the steps above to enroll and visit our out of district webpage to learn more.

School Assignments

If you wish to request to transfer your child from his/her assigned school, you will need to ll out a Transfer Request Application. Information about intra-district (within Center Grove) and inter-district (outside Center Grove) transfers can be found here.
