March 1, 2026 - CGHS Boys Swimming & Diving finished in 4th place at the 2026 IHSAA State Championship on Saturday, February 28th, at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis. The team was led by two 2nd Place finishes by Henry Lyness in the 100-yard Butterfly and 100-yard Backstroke. Other top finishers include:

• 100-yard Breaststroke: Matthew Cuadros - 3rd Place
• 200-yard Medley Relay: Henry Lyness, Matthew Cuadros, Anthony Cuadros, and Camron Mazdai - 3rd Place
• 1-meter Diving: Daythan Schramm - 4th Place
• 400-yard Freestyle Relay: Ayan Raghavendra, Mason Bridges, Matthew Cuadros, Henry Lyness - 5th Place
• 200-yard Freestyle: Mason Bridges - 6th Place; Moses Weaver - 8th Place
• 200-yard IM: Matthew Cuadros - 7th Place
• 200-yard Freestyle Relay: Anthony Cuadros, Camron Mazdai, Ayan Raghavendra, Mason Bridges - 8th Place
