October 26, 2025- Center Grove High School engineering and technology department chair Brent Schulz and biomedical science teacher Andrea Teevan have been named 2025-26 Outstanding PLTW Teachers by Project Lead The Way (PLTW), a national organization that empowers students through transformative STEM learning experiences. 

The recognition honors educators from across the country who make an exceptional impact on their students, expand access to hands-on STEM opportunities, and lead through innovative teaching practices. Schulz is one of 15 PLTW Engineering teachers to receive the honor. Teevan is among 14 PLTW Biomedical Science teachers honored.
