November 9, 2025 - Center Grove High School has been recognized by the Indiana Department of Education as a 2025 Indiana Purple Star School for its commitment to supporting service members, veterans, and military-connected students and families.

The Purple Star designation recognizes schools that demonstrate a significant commitment to students and families connected to our nation’s military through programs, resources, and community partnerships. Schools earning this honor must meet specific criteria, including providing a dedicated point of contact for military families, maintaining a webpage of resources, hosting annual military recognition events, and adopting a school board resolution of support.

Center Grove Middle School Central and Center Grove Middle School North have also achieved the Purple Star School designation.
