May 3, 2026 - Center Grove High School PLTW seniors joined peers from surrounding school corporations to present innovative, research-based projects at the first Central Indiana Senior Capstone Showcase on Thursday, April 30th, at the Dallara Experience Hub in Speedway.

The event, hosted in partnership with Indy STEM Alliance, Marian University, Project Lead The Way (PLTW), and Lilly, marked the culmination of a yearlong capstone experience for students in the PLTW Engineering and Biomedical Sciences pathways.

A total of 104 student groups participated in the showcase, including seven engineering teams and four biomedical teams from Center Grove. Students presented their findings, demonstrated solutions, and discussed the challenges and milestones that shaped their work while receiving feedback from industry professionals, educators, and community members.

Engineering Design an Innovative Solution:

1st – Motorcycle Blind Spot Detection System: Aarit, Raju, Min Thu, Joshitha Neeli and Nathan Duffer
