January 18, 2026 - Center Grove High School senior Aaliyah Brown earned state runner-up in the 100-pound weight class at the IHSAA girls wrestling state finals on Friday, Jan. 16, 2026, at Corteva Coliseum in Indianapolis.

Brown advanced to the championship match with victories over Amelia Stark of Homestead, Meagan Thomas of Merrillville, and Addalyn Sisson of Floyd Central before finishing second to Kaitlynn Fouty of Whiteland, concluding her high school career with a podium finish.
