November 23, 2025 - Two Sugar Grove Elementary robotics teams competed last weekend in the First Lego League Challenge and First Lego League Explore events. The First Lego Challenge Team finished 11th out of 27 teams, most of which were middle school teams, and advanced to semi-state in December. The First Lego Explore Team received the festival’s highest honor, earning the Best Presentation Award. The teams are coached by Amanda Morris, Chad Wade, and Mark Hawk.
