    To me, teaching is important because: To me, teaching is important because guiding children to become their personal best is crucial to their future and our country's success overall. Whether it is helping with academics or social issues, all kids deserve an adult to help them through the bumps in the road. I am blessed to enjoy more time with these children than their parents do. My influence can change these kids forever. The teaching profession is a daunting task, but extremely rewarding!
