    Teaching is important to me because: You impact the lives of children every day. My desire is to create an environment where my students feel not only loved and card for, but also safe in taking risks in their educational journey.
     
    My hope as an educator is to instill a love of learning in my students and to be a teacher who is cognizant and sensitive to the students' individual needs and strive to be the best educator I can be.
