Center Grove will change premium rates for employees on our Health
Insurance plan, effective January 1, 2017. There will be NO CHANGE to the benefits or
options available to employees, only to premiums and HSA
This change in premium amounts is necessary due to the 10-15%
increase in insurance costs. Center Grove has not increased rates since 2012.
For 2017, a small percentage of those increases will be added to the amount
employees pay through their premiums.
To offset those increases, Center Grove will offer TWO
premium holidays in February. This means employees will NOT PAY a premium
during those two pay periods. These
premium holidays will more than offset the increase in cost for employees.
For 2017, the Board of School Trustees has approved following
