(June 19, 2022) - Jeff Mendenhall was appointed the next Academy Coordinator. His appointment was approved by the CGCSC Board of School Trustees at its June 16 meeting. In his new role, Mendenhall will oversee the Bridges Academy and Center Grove's Developmental Preschool. 

"I look forward to working alongside students, staff, administrators, and families, to provide a safe learning environment focused on social, emotional, and academic growth," said Mendenhall. "Having worked in the district over the past five school years, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the staff members of the Academy and I know that we have some of the most dedicated, hard-working, caring individuals within the district."

Mendenhall is currently the dean of students at Center Grove Middle School North, a position he has held since July 2017. Prior to that, he served as a special education teacher at Cambridge City-Lincoln High School and at Hamilton Southeastern Schools. 

Mendenhall will replace Robin Lawrence who resigned her position at the end of the school year.
