(March 26, 2023) - Center Grove High School senior Jack Forrest was named a finalist for the Indiana High School Press Association 2023 Indiana High School Journalist of the Year. The finalists were chosen by a three-person panel.

Jack is in his fourth year on the staff of CGHS's Trojaneer website and biannual new magazine. He is also a member of CGHS Student Government. He plans to attend Indiana University in the fall where he was named an Ernie Pyle Scholar.
