(August 13, 2023) - CGCSC 2023 Teacher of the Year Courtney Hess is a Top 25 finalist in the 2024 Indiana Teacher of the Year competition. Mrs. Hess is a Kindergarten teacher at Sugar Grove Elementary School. She has been a teacher for 15 years, eight of which have been at Center Grove.

The Indiana Teacher of the Year Selection Committee will narrow the finalists to 10 later this month. The winner will be announced in September and recognized at the Educational Excellence Awards Gala held in Indianapolis.
