- Sign Up/Weigh-In between November 21-26 at the link above.
- Weigh-Out via the link above between January 3-8.
- A link for Weigh-Out will be emailed to all participants by January 2.
*** Optional: Only Weigh-In and Weight-Out weights are required. However, it is suggested to track your weight weekly for motivation and awareness!
- A link for Weigh-Out will be emailed to all participants by January 2.
- Earn Incentives and Prizes: Participants who successfully complete the challenge by maintaining their weight (within 2 pounds) and/or by losing any weight will be entered into a drawing for prizes!
